Returns And Refund Policy

At Ziva Innovations, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the highest quality products. We understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or replace a product, and we are here to assist you.

 

1. Right to Withdrawal

In compliance with Swedish consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. This right does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons. 2. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing info@zivainnovations.se with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Image of the invoice

  • Images of the outer box and damaged product

  • Date of delivery

Upon receiving the above details, we will promptly replace the affected product(s) and take all necessary steps to prevent such issues in the future.

3. Missing Products

If any items are missing from your shipment, please inform us within 2 days of delivery by emailing info@zivainnovations.se. Include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Image of the invoice

  • Images of the opened box showing all items received

Once we have the required information, we will resend the missing items at no additional cost.

4. Spoiled Products

If you believe a product is spoiled, please notify us within 10 days of delivery by emailing info@zivainnovations.se with the following:

  • Order number

  • Date of packaging/manufacture

  • Clear images or a video of the product

We pride ourselves on providing natural products without artificial flavors, preservatives, or colorants. As a result, we cannot accept returns due to taste, texture, aroma, or color variations. However, if a product is found to be spoiled after a thorough technical investigation, we will replace it and inform you of the outcome as soon as possible.

5. Faulty Goods

If any product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Swedish law. Please contact us as soon as you identify the fault, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Any personal data provided during the returns or refunds process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements. This data will be used solely for processing your request and will be stored securely.
